Sterea - Sterrebeek

On the sites of Sterrebeek's old racecourse, the Sterea project will rise over the next three years. Architect Paul Lievevrouw and his firm SUM are bringing together a rich diversity of residential functions on 10.4 hectares, from apartments to assisted living facilities, from villas to park residences.

Yet mutual harmony is preserved: like the surroundings, the overall concept exudes serenity. Vanhout was selected for the construction of the apartments located on the new golf course. The first two phases have now been completed and the construction of the assisted living apartments is in the final phase.
